The Prototech Contest is a national-scale prototype innovation competition organized by organized by IEEE ITB SB, focusing on “HealthCare Technology”. Aimed at empowering Indonesian youth, the contest encourages participants to develop practical solutions for pressing healthcare challenges through a structured process that includes abstract submissions, technical mentoring, idea pitching, and prototyping. Teams of 3 to 5 undergraduate students from Indonesia can engage with industry experts and professional mentors to refine their ideas and create prototypes. The competition culminates in final pitching sessions where teams showcase their innovations to judges. By participating, students not only enhance their skills but also contribute to advancing healthcare solutions in their communities.
Every participant must follow every rule in The Sandbox by IEEE.
The team leader should fill out the registration of the Competition and upload all the requirements listed.
The Sandbox by IEEE prohibits plagiarism and highly honored originality.
Each team’s idea/solution should be solely the work of the team and has never been published anywhere before.
Each team can only submit their work once.
The committee of The Sandbox by IEEE will not provide refunds for those who are disqualified or quit for any reason.
The committee of The Sandbox by IEEE has the right to disqualify teams that commit any kinds of cheating and violation against the competition rules.
Committees have the right to take down the winning title if there is any kind of cheating or violation against the rules in the submitted work or during the competition process.
The jury’s decision is absolute and cannot be disturbed.
The change of Guidelines will be announced by the committee via Instagram or email.
