Unggul Priyanto, a seasoned Lead Engineer at BRIN (National Research and Innovation Agency), specializes in energy and holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). Born in 1958 in Malang, he furthered his studies abroad at the University of Leeds, UK, in 1991, and obtained a Doctorate in Engineering from Kyushu University in 2001, focusing on Coal Liquefaction Optimization. With a diverse career, he served in influential roles such as Director of the Energy Resources Development Technology Center and secretary of the national nabati fuel team before becoming a pivotal Lead Engineer at BRIN. As a speaker at "The Sandbox" organized by IEEE ITB Student Branch, he aims to share his extensive knowledge and experiences, particularly in green technology, contributing to the advancement of Indonesia's technology industry.
